1. Damaged Product on Delivery:
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a bill/invoice and video evidence.
We will replace the product, but refunds will not be applicable.
2. Technical Issues After Delivery
If the product stops working within 24 hours of delivery (e.g., does not heat up, does not chop, or has any other technical fault), you must contact us with video evidence.
After verification, we will offer either replacement or repair.
Change of Mind not applicable.
3. Warranty Terms
The warranty will begin 2 days after product delivery.
Warranty period: 2 years (excluding physically damaged parts).
If the product develops a technical issue, you can claim warranty with video evidence.
Repairable items will be fixed free of cost, provided they fall under the warranty coverage.
If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided.
Repair costs depend on the type of product and nature of the issue, which will be communicated at the time of the claim.
4. Refund Policy
In case of damage or technical issues, the Westpoint team will decide on refund eligibility.
The company reserves the right to reject refund requests, as both replacement and repair options are available.
